The Friendzone is my go-to health and wellness podcast. Fran, Dustin, and Assante each contribute to the goal of maintaining mental wellness because who in the hell wants a musty brain?
Black Girl Podcast features five very different women who came together to make a difference and lead the conversation about young black women today. They have in-depth conversations and, more often than not, bring me to tears because of the connected realness.
Gettin' Grown podcast features Jade and Dr. Keia sharing their outtakes and opinions on all things adulting. As a child, I couldn't wait to be grown. Now, I wish I knew then what I know now. They break down adulting, making it a little bit easier for the rest of us.
