A Life Hack for Meditation

In the You Are Not Your Thoughts letter, I introduced you to my life hack for meditation-sleep hypnosis. But I never identify the tracks that have helped me most on my journey. If YouTube has taught me anything, it's that you can quickly end up in up in a dark rabbit hole, far from your originally intended path. Nonetheless, that alone is not my sole purpose for writing this letter. This letter was a request from the being above (or around)- and inside of all of us! For two weeks straight, the conception of this letter came up in my readings.

After the third time, I made a note to make sure it happened within a month. As I am typing this letter, the urgency makes sense due to the world's current climate, particularly in the United States. In addition to retrogrades and eclipses season, this could be a very dark and challenging time. With things coming up internally (and externally) that you don’t want to think about or, worst, the stuff that you thought you forgot. This intensity could lead to self-medicating and wanting to turn off your feelings. Keep in mind these things are only coming up to be acknowledged, healed, and integrated into the wisdom of your years.

The effects of these tracks are subtle and must be used regularly to see results. I know in our microwave society, we want things to happen overnight. But you have been building your current mindset for your entire life. Would it kill you to give yourself some time to deprogram? Trust me when I say this is worth investing in a YouTube Premium account. I originally intended to do a blurb on every track. But honestly, this is just one of those things that you will have to see for yourself. So instead of bragging about how these tracks changed my life. I will identify when a track could be most beneficial and leave you with this little message from my Money & Law of The Attraction deck:
